The IT Support Plan gives you ongoing remote tech help without the per-visit costs. Whether your computer is running slow, you’ve got a virus, or you just need help setting something up — you reach out and we take care of it.
Remote support — Up to 1 remote session per month covering Windows and macOS software issues, slow startup, printers, cameras, and peripherals.
Security — Virus and malware removal, antivirus setup, and practical advice on staying safe online.
Maintenance — OS updates, junk file cleanup, and a device health check to keep things running smoothly.
Phone & tablet support — Android phones, tablets, and TV boxes: initial setup, bugs, storage, and update problems.
Online accounts — Help with Gmail, Outlook, Netflix, YouTube, Smart TVs, password recovery, and more.
Backup & recovery — Help setting up local or cloud backups, and file recovery assistance where possible remotely.
Cloud storage — 500 GB of personal Dropbox storage, synced across your devices. Available on 6-month and 12-month plans.
Priority support — Response within 24–48 business hours, with evening and weekend availability by appointment.
Yearly plan exclusive perks — 10–20% off all hardware repairs, discounts on select products in our shop, and a free annual device check-up (valued at $50).
All plans are non-refundable. Unused sessions don’t carry over. Not included: at-home visits, complex hardware repairs, full OS reinstalls, and coverage beyond 3 devices — all available as paid add-ons.
